We mainly sell men’s boxer briefs, and all products are packaged in units of 4 pieces. All orders will be fulfilled and dispatched from our two warehouses located in the United States to ensure fast and efficient delivery across the country.

We operate two independent warehouses in the United States. We will arrange shipment from the nearest warehouse according to your delivery address to shorten the delivery cycle.

Order Processing
All valid orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment. We do not arrange shipment on weekends and U.S. federal public holidays. If your order encounters abnormal situations such as inventory shortage, we will contact you via the contact information you reserved during the order process as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping fees are charged based on the total quantity of products in your order. All products are sold in 4-piece packages, and the corresponding shipping costs for different quantities are as follows:

Delivery Time & Logistics Tracking
After the order is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the logistics information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
Standard delivery within the United States takes 3 to 7 business days. The specific delivery time depends on the logistics carrier, destination address, weather conditions and other objective factors beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the logistics company, force majeure and other situations.
Delivery Scope
Currently, we only provide shipping services to addresses within the United States and its territories. We do not support international shipping for the time being. We will adjust our service scope according to business development in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, severely damaged during transportation, or the goods are missing, please take photos of the outer package and products as proof, and contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will verify the situation and provide solutions such as re-delivery or refund for eligible orders.
